Contact PuzzleTally

PuzzleTally welcomes practical feedback from teachers, tutors, homeschool families, ESL instructors, parents, and activity organizers. If you found a problem on a page, want to suggest a better preset theme, noticed an unclear clue, or want to recommend a new printable format, we would like to hear from you.

You can reach us at hello@puzzletally.com.

Best Reasons to Contact Us

The fastest way to help us fix or improve something is to be specific. Helpful contact topics include:

  • reporting a puzzle or generator issue
  • pointing out a broken link, incorrect answer key, or formatting problem
  • suggesting a new classroom theme, ESL topic, holiday set, or activity variation
  • sharing an accessibility concern or readability issue
  • asking about a page that seems unclear or incomplete
  • sending partnership or collaboration inquiries related to educational or printable resources

What to Include in Your Message

If you are reporting a problem, please include the page URL and a short description of what happened. Useful details can include the generator name, the preset you used, whether you were on desktop or mobile, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened instead.

If you are suggesting a new idea, it also helps to explain the audience and use case. For example, you might tell us that you want more ESL conversation bingo prompts for adults, more early-reader picture matching sets, or more quiet-review crossword ideas for upper elementary classes.

Accessibility and Usability Feedback

PuzzleTally is intended to be useful in real settings, not just look complete on the surface. If a generator is difficult to read, confusing to print, hard to use with keyboard navigation, or unclear for a specific audience, that kind of feedback is valuable. Accessibility issues are not edge cases. They are part of whether the site is genuinely usable.

We also welcome notes about print layout problems, worksheet readability, answer-key visibility, or puzzle behavior that creates unnecessary friction for teachers, parents, or group leaders.

Corrections and Content Suggestions

If you notice a clue that could be phrased more clearly, a puzzle theme that feels too thin, or an article that could use a stronger example, please say so. PuzzleTally is designed to improve over time through careful revisions, not just by adding more pages. Specific, grounded suggestions are especially helpful.

Response Expectations

We cannot promise an individual reply to every message, but we do review feedback for corrections, site improvements, and future content updates. Time-sensitive requests should include clear context so they can be evaluated quickly.

If you are writing about a technical issue, a concise explanation is usually more helpful than a very long message. If you are writing with a new content or product idea, a short explanation of who the activity is for and why it would help is often enough.

Before You Send Sensitive Information

Please do not send private student information, passwords, payment data, medical details, or other sensitive personal information. If your message relates to a generator issue, a page URL and a short description are usually all that is needed.
